Bowmore 22 Year Old Aston Martin Masters Selection 2022 Release

The second edition of Bowmore’s limited-edition Aston Martin Masters Selection single malt is a collaboration between master blender Ron Welsh and Aston Martin chief creative officer Marek Reichman, creating a single malt with as much style, poise and elegance as the classic British super cars. This 22-year-old whisky was initially matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon hogsheads and European oak sherry butts, before being finished in tawny Port casks. Aromas of heather honey, vanilla, cherries, lychee, eucalyptus, liquorice, tobacco leaves and aniseed fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla fudge, butterscotch, thyme, white pepper, oak, hazelnuts, maple syrup and dates throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
