Bowmore 1989 13 Year Old, SMWS 3.77 – Saddle-Soap and Coal-Smoke

This 13 year old Islay single malt was laid to sleep at Bowmore in May 1989 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, under society cask number 3.77, in March 2003.

Bottled at a natural cask strength 55.9% ABV, this is one of just 200 bottles that has a label description of “Saddle-soap and coal-smoke”.
