This single malt Macallan was aged for quarter of a century before being selected by Andrew Symington, the renowned owner of Signatory Vintage . Bottled at cask strength from a first-fill ex-oloroso butt this dram has aromas of dried apricot, lightly dusted cinnamon and bright orange blossom on the nose.
