Tormore – Connoisseurs Choice Single Cask #15386 1991 30 year old Whisky

Bottled as part of the Connoisseurs Choice Collection, this Single Malt from Tormore was matured in a single refill sherry butt for 30 years.

Nose: Sherry influences combine with ripe blackcurrant and charred oak. Rich pressed apple aromas develop alongside subtle grape fruit.

Palate: Sweet toffee flavours compliment cinnamon and ginger spice. Raspberry compote comes to the fore accompanied by Demerara sugar and roasted hazel nuts.

Finish: Medium and sweet with lingering toasted almonds and spice.
