Colour:Â Dark Gold
Nose:Â Stewed sultana aromas with mixed spices and caramelised demerara sugar. Milk chocolate, seville orange and subtle gingerbread come to the fore.
Taste:Â Smooth and sweet with baked apple followed by a touch of black pepper and fresh citrus. Toasted walnut and charred oak provide balance.
Finish:Â Medium bodied frinish with a lingering fruit finishing with fresh peppermint.
