Arran 2002 9 Year Old, SMWS 121.50 – Xmas Cake and Afghan Coats

This 9 year old Island single malt was distilled at the Arran distillery on the 15th July 2002 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, under society cask number 121.50, in 2011.

Drawn from single refill ex-sherry butt at a big 61.3% ABV, this is one of 673 bottles that is described as magically as ever by the Society as ‘Xmas cake and Afghan coats’.
