Released for the 21st Anniversary of the distillery in 2016 and a limited release of just 5988 bottles and made from just four casks of 19 year old Ex-Bourbon cask stock from the first 3 years of production and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks for 3 years.
Nose: Honeycomb, pineapple, lots of ripe white stone fruit with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Palate: Rich tropical fruit, chocolate muffins, sugared almonds, nutty nougart and marzipan.
Finish: Creamy praline, pineapple on the griddle with a dusting of caramelised icing sugar and ginger spice.
