Nose: Rich fudge aromas leads to ripe red currants and soon citrus zest, Strawberry liquorice is balanced by soft white pepper.

Taste: Sweet summer fruit flavours combine with clementine and an undertone of roasted coffee beans. Cinnamon and ginger spice come to the fore.

Finish: A medium finish with a fresh peppermint edge
