A 2011 Aultmore single malt from independent bottler The Whisky Exchange that was matured in a single barrel for 11 years, before being bottled in 2022. The palate offers notes of rhubarb crumble, freshly-baked peach pie, vanilla toffee, creamy mint fondant and clove that linger in the finish.
