Non chill filtered and natural colour.
Nose: Fresh green apples, ground spices, honey, vanilla oak,orange and hints of fragrant cut flowers and a touch of wood smoke and leather.
Palate: Citrus and orchard fruits, sweet toffee and vanilla rounded off by baking spices.
Finish: White chocolate and ripe orchard fruits with lasting sweet spice and vanilla oak.
A fresh and summery single malt from Balblair and a great introduction to this delightful distilleries range of vintage dated malts.
