Bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd, this 2010-vintage Benriach was finished for two years in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. The sherry-filled nose is dry and spicy, with hints of sticky gingerbread. The palate is unapologetically bold, with notes of pepper and sweet plum wine — making this a perfect pairing for sweet desserts.
