Nose: Hints of caramel with a floral slightly citrus background
Palate: Opens with toffee and a sweet tangerine with a hint of peat
Finish: A light smokiness with sugar and spice
Artist Nichol Wheatley:
“I’ve always liked Ben Rinnes Hill and I’ve always liked Benrinnes whisky when I’ve been able to find it. The smell of it always has something that reminds me of spring. I was up there earlier in the year sketching, which is where this image comes from.”
Whisky Curator George Thomson:
“Such singularity and flavour make Benrinnes ideal for celebrations, special occasions, quiet contemplation of the better things in life”
