Matured in the finest Sherry casks, This forty year old single malt delivers aromas of ripe red apple and clove, followed by raspberry compote, black pepper and festive spices.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Ripe red apple aromas infuse with fragrant clove and ginger spice. Dried fruit notes develop alongside tangerine peel and subtle beeswax polish.

Taste: Orange oil gives way to a stewed raisin with spicy black pepper. Raspberry compote and walnut flavours lead to soft dried tobacco and charred oak.

Finish: A full, lingering finish with festive spices.
