The 2022-release of Benromach Contrasts: Organic is a certified organic single malt that was distilled in 2013 and matured in virgin American oak casks for nine years, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of vanilla, ripe berries, orange zest, toasted malt and green apples fill the nose, complemented by notes of black pepper, butterscotch, freshly-ground coffee, dried banana, aniseed and dark chocolate throughout the palate.
