Nose:
Waves of fresh pear drops, lemon peel and yuzu are softened by rosewater, almonds, cardamom. A little water releases floral notes of chamomile and elderflower.
Taste:
As with the nose, fresh flavours of candied lemon peel, key lime, kiwis and starfruit merge with richer nougat, Turkish delight and crisp, dry white wine. Water adds fatter flavours of caramelĀ wafers and orange marmalade.
Finish:
Crisp, fresh & citrussy, full of green fruit salad.
