Bowmore 1989 11 Year Old, SMWS 3.62 – A Burned-Out Operating Theatre

This extremely rare 11 year old Islay single malt was laid down at the Bowmore distillery in September 1989 and bottled for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society in October 2000.

Yielded from society cask 3.62 at a natural cask strength 63.9% ABV, this is one of only 208 bottles that is described by the Society as “A burned-out operating theatre”.
