This 21-year-old single malt was distilled at Bowmore distillery and bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of its The Octave range. A secondary maturation in an octave cask offers aromas of charcuterie, peat smoke, and vanilla on the nose, with toffee, baking spice and seaweed on the palate.
