Sherried Bowmore, one of the greatest things in whisky. A 17 Year Old Darkness bottling of Bowmore that has been finished in a Moscatel Sherry Octave.  Buttery, fruity and mellow with a subtle smoky balance.

Nose – Buttery American pancakes, topped with blueberry compote. A whisper of smoke.

Palate – Apple and cinnamon muffins, a platter of Christmas spices toasted by the log fire

Finish – Warm cinnamon lingers, mellowing to soft fruits
