Nose: Complex and intriguing. Honeydew melon, leather and a caraway and black pepper brine.

Taste: Blossoming sweetness within a nutty, oily and richly textured malt. Some caraway spice and clove.

Finish: Forests of oak and pine, hard caramel and a lasting nuttiness.
