PALATE: Funky! A little vegetal/agave-like, honey, cantaloupe melon, burnt sugar, toasted oats, walnut skin, chocolate raisins, meaty/beefy hints.

FINISH: Rich, robust, smoky, meaty, baked apple, clove, honeycomb, liquorice, long, warming.
