The Discovery range provides Single Malt Whiskies from some of Scotland’s most admired distilleries. Each expression sits within one of three flavour profiles; ‘Sherry’, ‘Smoky’ or ‘Bourbon’. It is an ideal choice for the whisky-lover who enjoys exploration through flavour and character.
Nose: Intense sweet honey aromas intertwine with fragrant pear and orchard blossom, notes of fresh apple come to the fore whilst hints of creamy white chocolate develop.
Taste: Smooth and sweet; juicy melon, ripe peach and elderflower flavours evolve into vanilla custard. Subtle pepper and oak combine with an underlying herbal influence.
Finish: Meduim-bodied and sweet with lingering notes of fresh fruit.
