Tasting Notes:

Colour: Golden.

Nose: Vanilla fudge leads to lemon and lime zest with a hint of marshmallow. Notes of malted biscuit develop alongside hazel nut and exotic fruit.

Taste: Candied peel flavours intertwines with pineapple and white chocolate. Dried banana comes to the fore accompanied by Elderflower and is balanced by black pepper.

Finish: Medium-bodied with sweet brown sugar and toasted oak.
