Initially filled into standard hogsheads, the producers re-racked this intriguing spirit into two premium Sherry casks – one used to produce dry, fruity Oloroso and the other rich, sweet PX Sherry. After 3 years, the cask whiskies were married to create an exceptional single malt with alluring depth and complexity.
Nose:Â Boozy raisins, allspice, rich malt.
Palate:Â Orange chocolate, vanilla, apple.
Finish:Â Light caramel, sweet spice, oak.
