Independent bottler Ingelred has released this Ben Nevis after 17 years maturing in a single bourbon cask. This is a self-assured expression of the distillery’s wonderful style. The nose is reminiscent of marzipan and sugared green apples, with some red fruit leading to charred citrus and a dusting of nutmeg.
