Benrinnes 2009 10 Year Old, Spirit of Art 2020 Bottling – Cask #306652

This cask strength 10 year old Speyside single malt was laid to sleep at the Benrinnes distillery in 2009 and bottled for the Spirit of Art series from The Distillers’ Art Ltd in 2020.

Distillers’ Art have collaborated with local artists to combine stunning fine art with single cask whiskies bottled at natural cask strength. Each bottle is individually numbered and comes with a limited edition hand-signed 465mm x 325mm print from the artist.

Drawn from single hogshead number 306652 at a natural strength 55.5% ABV, this is one of just 319 bottles and comes complete with original presentation tube and limited edition print housed safely inside the tube.

The gorgeous print “Ben Rinnes Hill” is from an original painting by Scottish artist, Nichol Wheatley – see images inset for print detail.

Tasting Notes: –

Nose: Hints of caramel with a floral slightly citrus background

Palate: Opens with toffee and a sweet tangerine with a hint of peat

Finish: A light smokiness with sugar and spice
