A 1991 Tamnavulin from indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill sherry puncheon and bottled as part of its Connoisseurs Choice range. Aromas of Christmas spices, hints of apple and candied citrus peel on the nose are complemented by notes of fudge, raisin and black pepper on the palate.
